James has been in real estate for 18 years and in that time his love for dealing with residential single family homes and townhomes has only grown. Helping his clients achieve their goals of transitioning their growing family into a larger home, helping couples downsize or real estate investing brings joy to his work. Growing up in NC with family ties to California has allowed James to experience different housing markets and areas–giving him a keen eye for quality and affordability. James says, “There’s a lot I want to do with my life, but being a positive light to as many people as possible is my drive.” Being that positive influence often time starts at home for James–he and his wife, Parker, have four beautiful children. “Controlled chaos” would label most of their days and they wouldn’t change it for the world. “Whenever you’re ready to start your new adventure–I’m ready to help you find your dream.” -James
